Review: So good! I thought this would be solid, but not super-special. And then I started making it and realized my polenta was quick-cooking (not what the recipe calls for…) and thought it was the beginning of the end. But the miso added a nice saltiness to the polenta and the vegetables came out browned and savory and things started to turn around. Really nice, pretty easy to make and clean-up wasn’t bad either.
