The kale & spinach stems in the freezer are starting to build up so we’re going to switch up our normal routine and have smoothies three days this week (I know, crazy)

We didn’t end up doing the Tuna grain bowls last week (turns out 3 is too many grain bowls for one week), so we’ll do them this week. PSA from last week is to buy high quality tuna like Ortiz’s.

So excited to try the Shrimp in Shells recipe for dinner – I love seafood, especially shellfish, and I find eating my hands slows me down just enough so I’m not scarfing it down.

- Lunch: PB&Js with side of Kale Caesar Salad (Caesar Dressing from Small Victories)
- Dinner: Dining In‘s Shrimp in Shells w/ Lots of Garlic & Probably Too Much Butter
