I’ve only made sushi once before, but I got an idea in my head and how hard could it really be?? We’ll find out. Also – turns out the local C-Town carries imitation crab meat for like $2.
- Breakfast: Yogurt & Kinda-Sweet Granola
- Lunch: California Rolls
- Dinner: Small Victory‘s Chicken Pelau
Tuesday, September 9th
This lentil burrata salad is seriously one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Highly, highly recommend. Just make it.

- Dinner: Soba Noodles w/ Tofu & Miso-Mustard Dressing
Wednesday, September 10th
Wednesday’s meal plan will be pretty simple – leftovers for lunch and then just making some nice carrots for dinner to eat w/ sardines on toast.

- Lunch: Leftover Chicken Pelau
- Dinner: Dining In‘s Turmeric Roasted Carrots and Sardines on Toast
Thursday, September 11th
Can’t have a week without a grain bowl! We’ll make another batch of Tahini Ranch and fill it up with any veggies we have leftover. I made this bucatini recipe about a month ago, so I’m just thawing some of that sauce to have an easy dinner on Thursday.
- Breakfast: Classic Berry Smoothie
- Lunch: Grain Bowl w/ Tahini Ranch and any extra veggies in the fridge
- Dinner: Dining In‘s Bucatini
Friday, September 12th
Minimal cooking on Friday. We’re going camping this weekend – so dinner will likely be something easy over a campfire. For those of you who still want to cook, check out other ideas here.
