We went camping this past weekend and had some amazing Green Chorizo from The Meat Hook that we’re going to finish off with some peppers & onions for dinner on Monday.

- Lunch: Arugula Salad w/ Peaches & Goat Cheese
- Dinner: Green Chorizo Sausage w/ Peppers & Onions
Tuesday, September 17th
We have some greens that are really on their last legs in the fridge, so going to try to zhuzh them up with some chicken for lunch.
- Breakfast: Greek Yogurt & Alison Roman’s Kinda Sweet Granola
- Lunch: Cabbage & Spinach Salad w/ leftover BBQ Chicken
- Dinner: Dining In‘s Bucatini w/ Tomato Anchovy Sauce
Wednesday, September 18th
Laziness is setting in early this week – CB&Js for lunch and Sardines on Toast for dinner.
- Breakfast: Classic Berry Smoothie
- Lunch: CB&Js (Cashew Butter and Jelly Sandwiches)
- Dinner: Dining In‘s Turmeric Roasted Carrots and Sardines on Toast
Thursday, September 19th
Zak and I got married 1 year ago and have an official anniversary (the no-formal-date thing in college makes relationship start dates a little fuzzy) so we’re heading to Ammazzacaffe to celebrate.
- Breakfast: Greek Yogurt & Alison Roman’s Kinda Sweet Granola
- Lunch: Grain Bowl w/ Tahini Ranch and any extra veggies in the fridge
- Dinner: Anniversary Dinner at Ammazzacaffe
