Review: We had a bunch of cherry bomb peppers from my dad’s garden at Restoration Farm that were honestly about to go bad. I remembered that he told me the only reason he grows these peppers is because somebody asked him to – so that they could make hot sauce. So I figured, I could probably do the same. And I was right! I found this recipe (link above) on Cooks Illustrated, substituted the jalapenos with cherry bombs (along with some jalapenos), as well as the rest of some dried habaneros that we had. It turned out amazing. Super duper hot but very addicting. A fun project for sure.
