Our doctors told us a a steady diet of Pan Bagnats is good for you! Just kidding, I don’t have an honest relationship with my doctor.
- Breakfast: Greek Yogurt & Alison Roman’s Kinda Sweet Granola
- Lunch: More Pan Bagnats!
- Dinner: Small Victories’ Romano Beans w/ Ground Pork, Ginger, and Red Chiles
Wednesday, October 9th
Apparently we have an unlimited amount of Tomato Anchovy Sauce in our freezer! I’m never moving.

- Lunch: Rice Bowl w/ Leftover Romano Beans & Kimchi

Thursday, October 10th
Similar to how squirrels automatically hoard acorns once fall hits, I make chili. I don’t even realize I’m doing it, mostly a survival thing.
