Review: We’ve started to include a cocktail recipe in our meal plans, as a nice thing to look forward to at the end of the week. But with so many people doing Dry January, it felt like a mocktail would be a more appropriate idea. However, we have an aversion to super strict diets / challenges – but do appreciate the reasoning behind many of them. So instead of going hardcore, we’ll try to incorporate their lessons into the day-to-day.
This Better Than Celery Juice was extremely easy to whip up – just chop up apples, parsley, and celery; and blend with 3 cups of water. The only (very annoying) thing was that you have to then strain it through a sieve. Which took like 15 minutes to do. Otherwise – super easy, delicious, and a good way to have a nice drink if you’re (or even if you’re not) doing Dry January.
