Review: The first time we were introduced to fregola was at Concord Hill, a neighborhood restaurant near our apartment. Any time we would go there, or order in from there, it was impossible to not get the fregola. It was just one of those dishes that you felt like you would miss out on if you didn’t order it. This pasta hit the same notes – nutty, cheesy, carb-y goodness. Not the healthiest meal, but every once in a while you want a full on pasta for dinner.
